Introducing AI Transcription in Consultations

We’re pleased to share that Knebworth and Marymead medical practice have started using Accurx Scribe, a secure, NHS-approved AI transcription tool, in selected patient consultations.

This technology enables clinicians to produce accurate clinical notes more efficiently, allowing them to give their full attention to you during your appointment.

We believe AI has a valuable role to play in the future of primary care and are exploring how it can best support both patients and staff. However, we understand that not everyone may feel comfortable with AI being used during their consultation. If you would prefer not to have AI involved, simply let a member of the team know, your choice will be fully respected and will not affect the quality of your care.
