Knebworth Surgery is accessible to patients with different access needs as follows:
- Wheelchair accessible for both floors
- Lift to the second floor waiting area and clinic rooms
- Reception desk has wheelchair access
- Portable induction loop system to aid the deaf and hearing impaired
- Disabled Car Parking and step free access from car park
- Translation services available including British Sign Language
- Accessible toilet facilities
Marymead Surgery is accessible to patients with different access needs as follows:

Unfortunately due to car park damage at the Marymead site in Spring Drive, we are unable to provide disabled parking spots or parking in general.
