We’re currently accepting patient registrations, if you would like to register with the practice please read the following information and complete the form attached below.
Practice Boundary
Before registering with the practice, please ensure you living within our service boundary by entering your postcode below. We can accept registrations from all Stevenage postcodes, however please note we will not be able to provide home visiting for patients outside of the practice boundary. (NB – home visiting is in any case reserved for housebound, frail and palliative patients only. We also utilise a local home visiting service, delivered by clinical staff not employed by the practice).

The area in which persons are entitled to register with the practice is:
- to the South of Six Hills Way, Stevenage
- To the South Oaklands as far as Canonsfield Road, Burnham Green
- To the East, Datchworth
- To The West, Codicote
- We do not cover Digswell, Welwyn, Aston, Aston End, Tewin and Bulls Green
