Total Triage, Phones calls, and Appointments.

So, week two of our new access Total Triage service and we are thrilled so many have used Total Triage.

This week we have received and reviewed 980 triages, provided 974 appointments across the week, and taken 2000 telephone calls.

That’s 73.2 patient interactions per hour – more than one interaction per minute – busy week!
