Patient Access & Clinical Administration Team
Patient Liaison’s provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

Local community teams
There is a team of community nurses who support our surgery and provide nursing care in the patient’s own home. They also advise relatives and carers on how to nurse the patients between visits, encouraging independence and liaising closely with your GP regarding relevant treatment. They can also give advice on other services that you may require.
The Community Nurses can be contacted on: 01438 845602 between 8am – 4.30pm, or 07789864861 after 4.30pm.
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
