We are proud to be part of Stevenage South Primary Care Network (PCN) working alongside our member practice colleagues from Bedwell Medical Centre, Shephall Health Centre and King George Surgeries. Collectively we serve a population of 55,000 patients, and we work together on projects such as Extended Access (evening and weekend appointments) and the Covid-19 Vaccination programme. As a Network, we employ allied health professionals such as Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribing Link Workers and Care Co-Ordinators. These valuable members of the clinical team help us to deliver services to the patients we serve.
