Mission Statement

To maintain and improve communication between patients and the practice and to promote health education and awareness on topics of interest and value to the patients. To co-operate with ongoing clinical activities and to assist in the development of new medical initiatives where needed and to encourage and take part in the formation of locality wide support groups, use of web based services, meetings and to produce regular patient Newsletters.

To act as a signpost towards the practice’s procedures for suggestions and complaints in procedures (This is NOT to be considered as a vehicle for individual complaints) and to promote after discussion with the practice, any other matter that is deemed to be in the interest of both patients and the practice. Any individual complaints about staff or clinicians should be made to the Practice Manager via the existing complaints procedure.
